I met with your liaison nurse, Joanne, who was very informative, courteous and empathetic to my circumstances and concerns. She arranged for Jane, from the Outreach Team, to visit me to explain your services in even more detail. Jane has visited me twice and will visit again and no doubt continue to be as helpful as possible.

The only think you are unable to do is to give me a 100% guarantee that there would be a space for me at your hospice when the end of my life is imminent. However, you can only do what is possible and I can't expect miracles although they would, of course, be extremely welcome!

The service from Bury hospital has been wonderful for me, I am going through the later stages of Alzheimer’s with my husband who is not in a care home and I get very stressed.

From caring through the door you feel an overwhelming genuine love from each member of the team, nothing is ever any trouble no matter how many time day and night the atmosphere is upbeat and Jolly and is very hamley.

I don’t and can’t see anything that could be improved on in any area from medical care to personal care to anything anybody could want.
